The proposed Luminous Community Center builds upon these ideas on a monumental scale. Envisioned as a luminous glass pavilion that could travel between cities, the structure would act as a gathering place for dialogue, contemplation, and community engagement. Through abstracted profile portraits and radiant color, visitors would see themselves reflected in the work—both literally and metaphorically—encouraging deeper conversations about identity, empathy, and our shared human experience.
At the heart of Goodich’s work is the idea that art can function as a mirror—one that reflects both the individual and the collective. His practice combines painting, sculpture, and architectural installation through layered plexiglass and glass panels that interact with light, color, and reflection. Many of his works incorporate embedded lighting and transparent surfaces, allowing them to glow from within and shift visually as the viewer moves around them.
At Melissa Morgan Fine Art, we are proud to present a striking sculpture by Nikolas Soren Goodich in our Sculpture Garden, where visitors can experience his luminous vision firsthand. Installed outdoors, the work embodies the artist’s signature exploration of light, reflection, and duality—revealing new layers of color and meaning as natural light shifts throughout the day. The sculpture is on view seven days a week, inviting the public to encounter Goodich’s work in an open, contemplative setting.
Goodich’s work has been exhibited internationally and is held in private collections across the United States, Europe, and Japan. His multidisciplinary practice—spanning painting, sculpture, installation, and public art—places him among a new generation of artists redefining how contemporary art can function within both gallery spaces and the public realm.
